Do I need to pay when I book?
No. You request a time and we confirm it. You pay after your cleaning is done.
Who will clean my home?
Vetted, insured independent cleaning professionals who have passed a background check and agreed to our quality standards. For recurring plans we try to send the same cleaner every time.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a lockbox code, a key or garage code. Your entry details are only shown to your cleaner on the day of the visit.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, cleaners bring standard supplies and equipment. If you'd like specific products used (for example, fragrance-free), add a note when you book.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours from your account and we'll make it right. You won't be charged while a problem report is open.
