What we collect

Name, email, phone, service address and access notes, booking history, ratings, and payment card metadata (brand, last four digits, expiry). Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

How we use it

To schedule and perform cleanings, send booking notifications, process payments, and improve service quality. Cleaners see your address only on the day of your booking.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send appointment-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your rights

You can download your data or request deletion from your account page. Residents of certain states (for example California) have additional rights under state law.
